Norton House Excellence in Mental Health Support – Our Culture & Ethos
Norton House aims to provide both a high standard of accommodation and of support. We value our staff, who are all highly skilled and experienced in supporting people with mental health problems. We are constantly looking to improve the quality of service we provide and offer many opportunities for Service Users to give feedback and participate in the planning and development of services.
We intend (wherever possible) to make continual, measurable progress in our environmental performance, and to reduce our environmental impact.
Norton House has an active Service User ‘Green Group’ that meets regularly to discuss environmental issues across our supported homes. The group also participates in trips to learn more about environmental issues.
